Our Programs
Our programs are reserved for those living in the United States, ages 21-45, who have experienced bereavement. If you are outside of our age range, international, or seeking support for another form of grief, please see our resources here.
Your grief is yours alone, but that doesn’t mean you need to be alone in your grieving. Our grief groups, called Tables, are organized by fellow grievers, called Hosts, who have been trained by our staff. At your Table, you'll connect with peers to navigate this life after loss, together.
Join a Table
We know that not everyone is keen on connecting with others in group settings, especially in the midst of our grief. Often, having just one other human, a peer who has experienced a similar life-altering death, can make all the difference. If you're interested in connecting 1-on-1 with someone who “gets it”, then the Buddy System may be right for you!
The Buddy System
You don’t have to have the perfect pinterest-ready dining table, you don’t have to be a professional facilitator, you don’t have to be “healed from your grief”’ (hi, none of us ever are). Hosting is about showing up as a peer in grief, guiding conversation, and scheduling future gatherings—all with lots of help from our staff and your fellow future Tablemates.
